Like other Total Drama fans, I'd love to see a Total Drama video game. But what kind of video game should be made? Well, I got an idea when I was watching videos of Rune Factory Tides of Destiny. What if the first Total Drama game was an RPG? Allow me to explain how this game would work.

When you start the game, you choose 1 of 5 save files to being your game. You have an option of which location the season will take place. You can select Camp Wawanakwa (TDI and TDAS version or TDROTI version), The Film Lot, and the Jumbo Jet. Choosing this will decide different aspects of the season, such as what challenges you'll partake in, how many contestants will compete, how many episodes there are, what the method of elimination will be, ect. After that, Chris McLean will pop in and introduce the season. He'll explain how the game goes down and what twists will occur. Then he'll give you two options: Create a Contestant or Use an Existing Contestant. Create a Contestant will do what the title says. You'll change every aspect of your character, such as skin color, eye color, body shape, clothing, voice, ect. Use an Existing Contestant will let you choose any contestant from Generations 1 and 2 and have you control them for the game. After that, you can decide who will compete with you, but the number of contestants will be limited depending on which season you choose. Then the contestants are introduced and then what comes after that is once again determined by which season you choose. If you chose TDI or TDAS, you'll be put on a team automatically. The team names will correspond to each season (Example: Killer Bass for TDI). If you choose TDA, TDWT, or TDROTI, the team you're on is determined by how well you do in the first challenge. After that, the rest of the episode will have challenges from that episode from that season. Your main objective is to win immunity. If your team wins immunity, you get to watch the opposing team vote someone off (It doesn't matter which season). You will have no say in the elimination unless you do something I'll mention later. If you lose, you get to vote for someone on your team to leave, but that one vote alone won't decide if they lose. The entire team could turn against you and vote you off without you knowing, so you need to be smart. After the elimination, the next episode will begin. This will go on until the merge, when it's every man for himself. You have to try and win immunity in order to stay in the game. Do whatever it takes. The Immunity Statue will be in play if you choose seasons 4 or 5, so that will be a key component. If you end up being eliminated, the game is over, but you can restart it if you want.

During the game, you will have the ability to interact with the other contestants and do various things with them. Every character has two bars: a friendship bar and a rivalry bar. Every time you interact with someone, a little circle will appear with several speech options, just like in Mass Effect. Depending on what you decide to say to the character, several things can happen. You can create a friendship with the characters or you can create a rivalry. Doing either of these things will make a character like or dislike you more. The more a character likes you, the more willing they will be to work along side you if necessary. The more a character dislikes you, the less willing they'll be to work with you and may even try to vote you off. You can also create alliances with other contestants in an effort to eliminate some of the stronger competition. The more you make friends with a contestant, the more likely they'll be to accept your offer. Another thing you can do is start a relationship with a character. If you spend time with a character and make friends with them, you may be able to start a relationship with them. This will increase their friendship level more than any other method. Starting these things with certain characters will make the game different every time you play it and will add a nice new spin on a certain season. This means that you can have TDWT happen without the GwenxDuncanxCourtney bullshit =D

The game will look much like it does in the TV show, meaning that it'll be in 2-D graphics instead of 3-D. In a way, it's similar to the South Park game coming out next year. Whenever you interact with a character, you'll go into a cut-scene that looks like it came right out of the TV show. Every shot, every frame, every second of those graphics will look like it came from the show.

Now, obviously some other things would need to be included, but that's just what I got off the top of my head for right now. Plus, this is the most important stuff, so everything else would be included later. Anyway, this is just an idea I got, but it would be cool if it existed. To those who are reading this, what are your thoughts on what you just read? What did or didn't you like about it? What would you add to make it better? Let me know, because I'd love to hear you're guys' response.

I'd love this to have a simulation option, where you don't actually compete, you just set parameters for a season and let the computer simulate it for you. You can pick out locales, contestants, teams, twists, alliances, rivalries, relationships, and even eliminations...and let the computer figure out the variables.
