Dia: The Electric Windmill Mini

Bio: Dia used to live around a large group of windmills, but they were quickly running out of power. Hearing about this, Jason sends Thundra and Elsa to fix the problem. With her powers, Thundra manages to get the windmills working again. Dia decided to join Jason on his journey afterwards, and has since been fighting for him.

Dia may be a very happy gal, but don't let that fool you. She's powerful, and can quickly use her strength to destroy buildings and blow away enemies. She's also very fast, and strikes with speed that's unmatched by most. However, she's never seen without a smile, quite literally. She's always seen smiling, which can be a bit disarming at first, but her charm is enough to make most people feel at ease.

Moveset:

Wind Windup: Collects wind with her fans for energy, raising Sp. Atk and Speed.

Fan Spin: Spins around like a top into a cyclone to blow the target away. May make them confused.

Elec Sword: Slashes the opponent with an electrical sword. May paralyze or inflict a critical hit.

Reckless Rotor: Spins and clashes into the target by spinning nonstop. This lasts for 3-5 turns, and she becomes confused afterward.

Rotor Fling: Throws sharp rotors into the opponent, hitting 2-6 times.
